Dinosaurs of Patagonia

Description

Argentina has yielded some of the most fascinating dinosaurs is between the five most rich countries on dinosaurs. In particular, Patagonia is one of the most important places for the study of dinosaurs. Some have bizarre spines in the neck, like Amargasaurus; others are between the biggest as Giganotosaurus; but all of them amaze everyone nowadays.

This exhibition shows several cast replicas of the skeleton or skull, and flesh-out models. All specimens include display cases or stands, and the exhibition has a set of explanation panels and displays.

The shows include:
- Coordination, organization, design, structure, dismantling and relocation conducted by our staff and assistants.
- Style of the show with plants and thematic plates.
- Delivery of additional videos for projection or plasma about the origin of the earth until the arrival of the dinosaurs (7 minutes).
- All-risk insurance against partial or total destruction of the show.
- Liability insurance on the place of exhibition and its public with a value of 120,000 € (one hundred and twenty thousand euros) contract with the company Allianz.
- Provision of originals graphics and policy for the construction of pieces of communication and promotion, press releases, to be adapted by the contractor.
- Manufacturing of informational plaques for Totems and showcases in native language, the translation being performed by the contractor.
- Delivery of scientific information to a CD of the show in Spanish and English, for possible use education campaigns for schools.
- Advising and training of persons designated by the contractor, (guide) regarding the management of information science for the visitors by technical paleontologists, with the help of a translator.

The obligations of the Contracting are:
- All replicas cannot be mounted and displayed on the exterior or outdoors.
- Provide of basic services for assembly and disassembly of the show as well as providing energy (220.).
- Provide stairs or other means of rising whether any stage during the assembly and disassembly.
- Provide an elevator (mechanical torus) with driver during the day unloading boxes and during
the day loading boxes dismantling of the show.
- Provide 4 people for the unloading of trucks and containers moving boxes of place during assembly.
- Accommodation for 6 people for 7 days during assembly and 7 days during disassembly.
- Implementation of systems for cleaning, maintenance and safety of daily exhibition area, during assembly and disassembly of the exhibit.

- Provide an area covered, dry and free of dust (50 square meters approx.) for the storage of containers of the show and its accessories.
- Production and implementation of the campaign / s of promotion and broadcasting of the show, which should be previously agreed, as well as any artwork information (brochures) to be used in it.
- The costs associated with this will be the exclusive responsibility of the contractor, which provide a copy of any written material and publicly distributed and produced, as well as any material for the press in reference to the show before its broadcast.
- In general, the contractor is in charge of all costs to be incurred by the Public Administration (whether national, regional or local), taxes derived directly from the introduction of the sample,
as well as the procedures and responsibilities arising from the exposure in different localities, leaving the owner free of all responsibility in this regard.
